TWG’s solutions includes Terrace Wellness Centre, Terrace Autism Therapy, Terrace Residential, and Terrace Business Solutions.

Jennifer Thake MA MA PhD CCC
CEO of Terrace Wellness Group
Jennifer completed her MA and PHD in empirical psychology at Carleton University with a focus on promoting healthy behaviours. Jennifer continues to teach psychology at Carleton. Outside of academia, Jennifer has been employed in health research and policy for various organizations, including government and non-profit organizations. Jennifer has also run a successful business in health research and consulting. Although Jennifer was well versed in health policy, she desired a greater understanding of the delivery of mental health services at the ground level. To this end, she completed a MA in counselling and gained experience working as a counsellor and psychotherapist in various mental health settings, including Terrace Wellness Centre. Jennifer recently married her two interests of health care policy and service delivery in her role at Terrace Wellness Group as CEO. Jennifer aims to provide clients with effective, efficient and integrated mental health care.
Ashley Hayes B.A.(hons)
Chief Operating Officer
Ashley Hayes completed her Bachelor of Arts with Specialization in Psychology at the University of Ottawa and went on to pursue her passion in the mental health field focusing her career early on as an ABA therapist. Ashley then turned her focus to business with an emphasis on start-ups, program development, innovation and creating high quality services to meet the evolving needs of the community. Through this Ashley found herself at the forefront of several start-ups. Ashley has a firm commitment to the highest level of client care and recruitment of exceptional staff. Ashley strives to support and propel Terrace Wellness Group to a new level with a focus on innovation, evidence based therapies, community partnerships and eliminating barriers for mental health. Ashley strives to not only meet, but exceed the mental health needs of the community.
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff is the key contact for contract management purposes, including liaising with government, overseeing all financial and strategic reporting, budget development and management, and all accounting and financial operations. Having served as CFO for TYRS for the past twelve years, and with TYWC more recently, Jeff is responsible for operational finance and financial planning, analysis and business metrics reporting, marketing and research, corporate imaging and branding, content management, and advertising to attract new business development. He also serves as a coordinating point for business strategy and corporate development issues as they impact the operations and financials of the businesses.
Founder & President of Terrace Wellness Group
Terrace Youth Residential Services (TYRS), an Ontario-wide residential treatment program for youth, and the more recent Terrace Wellness Centre, a family mental health clinic offering a broad range of integrated assessment and therapeutic services. Terri started TYRS over 20 years ago with a personal passion “to develop services that meet the mental health needs of youth, without the barriers”. A recipient of Ottawa’s 2014 Entrepreneur Businesswoman of the Year, Terri is a leader and a visionary in the field of mental health and she brings this expertise and deep understanding of Canadian mental health issues and barriers to treatment to Snapclarity.
