The Subjective Happiness Scale also known as SHS, was developed in 1999 by Dr. Lyuboirsky and Dr. Lepper. It has been validated and is a widely used tool for assessing a person’s overall perception of self-happiness. Feel free to use it on our website to get your SHS scores.
